Double digits never felt like this..
Next stop in my training journey? 10 miles. This week I decided that I should really reach the 10 mile distance – without over exerting. But at the end of the week, we’ll be heading to Seoul and Hong Kong for a 2 week long trip! My mind is saying: go on the treadmill! But the reality of all vacation is that I’ll get on the treadmill, run 2 miles, get incredibly bored for not going anywhere then call it.. I really hope that’s not going to happen.
Since we’re packing and getting everything setup and ready for travel. I was only able to fit in 1 long run this week…
